Many people face stress in their lives; usually on a daily basis. Stress has become intertwined in a number of our lives like it belonged. Stress frequently decreases both the quality and length of our lives. Stress is sometimes categorized into three types of stress.
Acute Stress
Acute stress is what regularly springs to mind when we think about stress. It is the most commonplace form of stress. It is short term and comes from fresh events or things we perceive are coming in the future. Maybe somebody cut you off while driving and you are irritated and feel stressed by that event. Perhaps your youngster received a bad grade and you are irritated at them. Potentially things didn't go well at work today and you worry about what's coming next. These are momentary events that cause stress in our lives.
Episodic Acute Stress
Episodic acute stress is when you have a unremitting impact of stress in your life due to a disposition or way of handling events. Examples of this are the Type A personality or the person that is always rushed, in a rush, and never on time. It could be the individual that looks to be in sustained chaos with things never going right. Or, perhaps it is the person who constantly worries and knows the world is coming-to-an-end. It appears that stress is constantly present in their lives.
Prolonged Stress
This is the never-ending stress that simply hammers away at you emotionally and physically. It appears to never end, day in and day out as the Problems of your life persist. There's never relief from the continuing load on you mentally and your body starts to show the signs of chronic stress. You simply do not see a way forward due to the circumstances you are facing. Perhaps you've got a continuous shortage of cash and can't afford health insurance, automobile repairs, or even basic necessities such as food. Maybe you have lingering stress due to unemployment, or to a disability to provide for your folks. Probably it is caused by a failing wedding or other failing family relations. Grief or the chronic sickness of a family member may also cause lingering stress.
There are more classes of stress except for many of us the categories are unimportant. All we actually wish is a way out from the emotional and physical burdens of stress.
