What’s Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is motivational, galvanizing, positive, exciting and action driven. Life training helps you look at where you are now and where you would like to be, and helps you bridge the divide. By raising awareness and encouraging you to take responsibility for your life, life coaching will help you rise to your own particular challenge and go further than you ever thought practical.
Hence is this sorcery? Does the Life Coach just wave a miraculous wand and make everything glorious? Wretchedly no, and it has got to be said, that training involves a lot of difficult work and commitment. Nevertheless if you are ready for change in your life, the advantages can be huge.
Sounds good so far, but what if you are doubtful if your issues are suitable for training? The only real way to be truly sure is to have a casual chat with a life coach. Nevertheless look at the following statements and see whether they apply to you.
*I’ve had a problem or challenge that's been about for a long while, but I've never managed to sort it out.
*I have a pressing issue to resolve but do not know where to start.
*Things are OK for me but might be better.
*I seem to spend all of my life making an attempt to catch up.

The Benefits of Having a Life Coach
*You get to chat about your Problems and challenges with someone who’s not going to break you, make judgements about you, criticize what you are saying, or offer opinions based on their lonesome experience.
*If you're feeling negative and short of inducement, your coach will help you challenge limiting hunches and convictions you may be holding, about the situations you find yourself in, that are stopping you moving forward.
*Life coaching will give you the space and time to think through your challenges and options.

*If you have lost direction, your coach will help you to focus by setting you some very effective exercises created to help you identify what you would like to have, be and do.
*If you seem to have a whinging doubt about what you are doing in your life or things simply don't feel right, but you do not know why, it could be that your not sticking to your values, the things that are most critical to you, like accomplishment, dom, success, caring for others, confidence for example. Your coach will help you discover your true values, and help you work on a plan for fulfilling them.

*Your coach will be offering proposals if it is acceptable and something you would welcome.
How Does Life Coaching Work?
Training can be face to face or on the telephone. You'll meet/ring your coach at a pre-arranged time for weekly sessions, which can last between 30 and 60 minutes.
In that time, your coach will create a controversy with you, and encourage you, with a collection of inquiries to set a goal. With guidance from your coach, you'll explore varied options open to you that might permit you to take a step closer to your goal. What if speaking to someone doesn't appeal? Lots of coaches now do e-mail training which can on occasion be incredibly effective, giving both parties the time to think before setting their thoughts, questions and responses down in type.
Whichever method you choose, life training will be a difficult experience for you, requiring a high level of keenness and commitment, but well worth the effort.
